Aluminum ornaments measure 2.75” round and .025” thick. They are made of durable material that will not chip, scratch or break over time.

Ceramic ornaments measure approximately 3” round. ** Please note that due to the fact that ceramic ornaments never lay completely flat on the press, there will be a slight halo effect. See above images for details. **

The best photos for ornaments are ones that have significant blank space around the person/people. This gives me room to properly crop the photo to the shape. Photos that are closely cropped risk having important parts cut off. View the listing images for examples of good and bad photos.

If your photo was taken on a phone, it’s best to send directly from the phone that it was taken from. E-mail the original, unedited version to replybydesign [!at] gmail.com. When sending, it should prompt you to compress the file. Select “Actual Size” to send in the highest resolution.

These ornaments are created using heat dye sublimation. This process ensures that the ornaments will not fade over time.

The proofs you receive are digital renderings of the final product, meant to confirm text and photo placement. As these are created using dye sublimation and not digital printing, the final product will differ slightly from the proofs.
